Importer Participation Form – Onvinum International Wine Fair 2026

The “flights included” option is extremely limited and not chosen by us. It is fully decided by the wineries, who will select only 4 or 5 very strategic buyers. For this reason, please choose this option only if it is the only way you can attend.

All participants —no matter which option you choose— will have free transfers from Bilbao Airport provided by us.

We would truly love to offer more support, but the budget is the budget, and we prefer to be fully transparent with you.

Our recomendation is to choose the option where we pay the Side Events and the entrance to the fair, those events are expensive but we really would love you to be there. Hotel included is also a good option.
